I visited Finders Keepers over the weekend held at Carriageworks in Sydney's Inner West. There were over 80 emerging designers and artists exhibiting and a plethora of products that could have easily sent me bankrupt. Sadly I couldn't stay long but I was able to briefly meet the lovely Renee-Anne Baker of Leeloo who were also exhibiting.
I also spotted Lightly, Attia, Harvest Textiles, Lomography, That Vintage. I fawned over the pinup style swimsuits and floral bathing caps of Sirens Swimwear and fell in love with the illustrative work of Beth-Emily.
Finders Keepers is held twice a year and next time I'm going to be sure to not rush it.

I loved Finders Keepers! This year was my very first time, and it's food for the soul isn't it? Can you remember which store had the screen printed linen tea towels you've got photographed here? (7th photo down) I remember seeing them there but can't remember the shop. :)

ReplyDeleteI love the papers. I think they would look cool framed and hanging on a wall.
