I dropped into the Riverview House* recently to discuss ideas and see their progress. The owners have been working on this home since last year and it is coming together beautifully.
Here is what I have written about the home so far:
The house has been painted throughout in the paint colours above.
The kitchen and kitchen lighting was installed. The owners are looking for stools for the breakfast bench and bar area - something like these red Emeco US Navy bar stools perhaps.
We discussed materials for the blinds to be fitted throughout - grey block-outs with a transparent white layer over the top.
And while I was there I snapped a photo of the bedroom lighting the owner's chose. Isn't it fabulous?
*I'll refer to the home as the Riverview House because it has such beautiful views of a river. Lucky ducks!
That is one bedroom lighting to envy, it's so fabulous. The paint they chose for the kitchen is really nice, it makes the kitchen very bright, who ever is cooking in here would definitely enjoy it because of the light atmosphere, it also make the space looks so wide.

Oh they are designing up a gorgeous home, that light is super fun. I think when we build & move into our homestead we'll go back to stools. They weren't such a success with 4 younger children, but with 4 teens, i think they'll be a hit. Love Posie
