Fashion Friday: Big kid

Thank you SO MUCH for your beautiful birthday messages. You are very kind. I had a great day. A perfect day.

If you didn't see the comments on the last post, the correct answer was - hula hoop. Yep, this big kid asked for a hula hoop for her birthday. I haven't lost my mind I promise. Oh I've had so much fun with it even though I'm terrible at it! I used to be so good at it as a child. What was your favourite childhood game?

This scarf is my favourite accessory at the moment. It brightens up this plain outfit.

I hope you have a fun weekend!

Top: Kookai
Jeans: Joes Jeans
Shoes: Robert Robert
Scarf: Alannah Hill (perfect for valentines day)

  7. Thank you so much!

Did anyone ever play 'elastics'? I was just thinking about it the other day. Two kids stand inside a really long piece of elastic tied into a loop and then stretch it out around their ankles. Other kids jump over the elastic singing songs and then the elastic is raised higher and higher and it gets harder to jump over. I wonder if kids still play it these days.

I liked skipping when I was a child.

  9. Glad you enjoyed your day Viv! Oh how I love those jeans!!! I have that Kookai top too and love it - your scarf completes the outfit beautifully and I adore your shoes. I remember plasying elastics, I used to love it... how did it go?...'English, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, inside, outside, inside, tails' or something like that. So much fun :) That can be next year's birthday present :) x

  10. Yes!! I think we used to sing:

England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, inside, outside, inside, on! (and you step on the elastic for 'on')

Haha.. that just brought back memories.

  15. Cat I bought it from Alannah Hill in David Jones at Bondi Westfields. There was another a few weeks back in the Alannah Hill store in Bondi too. You might have to run around a few stores. Happy hunting!
