One of the best things about summer is that you can slip on a colourful dress and flats and your set. Easy. I bought this one to wear to an event a while ago. I was pregnant with Robert at the time and it fit my belly with room to move. I wore it everywhere afterwards and it is seeing the sun again this summer.
See that lamp in the background? That's the lamp I bought for Robert that I mentioned.
I had been looking for a blue lamp for his room but I couldn't find any that I liked so I bought an old lamp base and painted it sky blue. There is a matching lamp to this one but I didn't want to overwhelm his room with lighting so the other one is sitting unpainted in the study.

ReplyDeletei did the same thing to a pair of brass lamps that my sister in law gave me. looks to be the same color you used, and they sit in my brown and blue living room. must get drum shades!

ReplyDeleteNatalie - my mum gave me the shade. It came off a lamp that she bought from Freedom a couple of years ago but she swapped out the shade for another style. Freedom might have some similar shades if you'd like to try there.

Thanks Shantell. The bunny was a gift but I managed to track one down online (I'm so proud of myself haha). The brand is Bebe by minihaha. I found a bunny online here but there are probably other stockists. I don't remember ours having a ribbon but maybe it once did: Click for bunny
