The circus print I posted about last week now lives on the nursery wall. I like the way it looks next to the wallpaper. I didn't mean for the colours to match so closely but I like that it does.
And I've finally hung this growth chart which was given to my son as a gift. It's from Kikki-K. Cute. I'm tempted to mark the actual door with his age at each height and not the chart.

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of putting height on the door. We have it in the inside of the laundry and you can see the faded marks of my height at four all the way to when I was 15. It's such a nice reminder (if you ignore the rest of the wall when I decided to practise writing my name).

ReplyDeleteWhen I was in primary school, my best friend had 5 brothers and sisters. Visits to her house were always highlighted by looking at all the marked measurements of her siblings on the kitchen doorframe. I was enraptured by them!
